日本製丁番RABBITは、2019年3月に日本国内での生産が終了したため、現存しない金具です。そのためRABBIT刻印【１５-２０ GB色】の代替金具となります。

代替丁番のため金具裏側の形状が少し異なり、また扉側、家具本体側の取付ネジ位置は、RABBIT刻印丁番と全く同じではありませんのでご了承ください。

食器戸棚や洋服たんす、書棚の扉についているアングル丁番金具です。現在ご使用の金具に「１５-２０」の刻印があればこの金具で対応できます。

扉厚みが１５mm、家具本体側板の厚みが２０mm用のアングル丁番金具です。金具の色は「GB色(ブロンズ色)」と「仙徳色(ゴールド色)」の２色あります。ご注文の際に金具色をご指定下さい。指定が無い場合は「GB色」となります。

アングル丁番をはずした後の扉板の穴を確認してください。アングル丁番金具のカップの直径は３５mmです。穴の長さは27mmです。

送料は「クリックポスト」を使用し、全国どこでも一律200円です。北海道・沖縄・離島でも送料を気にすることなくお買い求めいただけます。

★交換のポイント★
扉に付いている丁番金具が1個だけ壊れた場合でも、その扉についている全ての丁番金具を取り替えてください。（種類の異なる丁番金具だと角度が合わなかったり、傾いたりと、故障の原因となります。）アングル丁番を取り替える場合、扉がピタッとおさまりますので、すべての丁番金具を交換されることをおすすめします。

Replacement Angle Hinge “15-20” – GB Bronze Color

The Japanese-made RABBIT hinge was discontinued in Japan in March 2019 and is no longer manufactured. Therefore, this product is a replacement hinge for the RABBIT hinge marked “15-20” in GB color.

Please note that, as this is a replacement product, the shape of the back of the hinge is slightly different from the original RABBIT hinge. In addition, the screw-hole positions on both the door side and the furniture cabinet side are not exactly the same as those of the original RABBIT hinge.

This is an angle hinge commonly used on the doors of dish cabinets, wardrobes, bookcases, and other Made in Japan furniture.

If your existing hinge has the marking “15-20”, this replacement hinge can be used.
This angle hinge is designed for:
Door thickness: 15 mm
Furniture side-panel thickness: 20 mm
Two colors are available:
GB Color (Bronze)
Sentoku Color (Gold)

After removing your existing angle hinge, please check the hole in the door.

★ Important Replacement Tip ★
Even if only one hinge on a door is broken, we strongly recommend replacing all of the hinges installed on that door.

Using different types of hinges on the same door may cause the door angle to become misaligned, the door to tilt, or other problems.

When replacing angle hinges, replacing all hinges on the door at the same time will help ensure that the door closes properly and fits neatly into the cabinet.

For this reason, we recommend replacing all of the hinges on the same door rather than replacing only the broken hinge.
